GENERAL CONTRACTING = OWNER → ARCHITECT → BRACE

As General Contractor, BRACE will manage the construction of your project. A member of our company will consult with you and your architect to establish a clear scope of work for your project. Our estimating team will ensure that every detail of your project is defined, while our project managers, superintendents and job coordinators will ensure quality results, while closely monitoring your project budget and schedule.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT = ARCHITECT → OWNER → BRACE

As Construction Manager, BRACE operates as the decision maker on your behalf. Whether it be value-engineering or controlling the bidding process, BRACE will act in your best interest to ensure that your project is on the right track. With many years of experience in the construction industry, BRACE provides unparalleled expertise when managing your project in this capacity.

The Construction Management delivery method allows BRACE to provide greater value engineering input during the design phase resulting in a more realistic budget and schedule during the early stages of your project. In addition BRACE provides you with the option of subcontracting all of the work required or allowing BRACE to self-perform the tasks.

DESIGN-BUILD = OWNER → BRACE → ARCHITECT

As Design-Builder, BRACE plays an integral role in the architectural planning as well as following through with the actual construction. By utilizing our Design Services, BRACE becomes involved during the early planning phase of your project. This allows us to plan more realistic budgets and schedules during the initial stages. By choosing to work directly with BRACE in this capacity, we are able to save you time and money, and streamline communications.
